Mantis Khani gil

The mantis khani bug on Gilligan's neck.

BioEdit

The Mantis Khani is a flying species of the Mantis family of insects that flew in droves through the islands of the South Pacific, including the island of the castaways. After the Professor researched the bug in one of his books, The World of Insects, the castaways thought that the Mantis Khani's bite was fatal within twenty-four hours after being bitten. Eventually, all the castaways were bitten and all thought they where going to die, but it seems that the Professor misread the research, and it was the bug itself that died twenty-four hours after biting someone. The classic symptoms of being bitten by the Mantis khani are aches and pain in the joints, complete loss of appetite and a severe case of itching.
